VOIPSTUNT Payment Issue

Hello.

I have been using Voipstunt sucessfully for a while. I need to add $ to the account. I have input the necessary cc infor, however Voipstunt requirest that I verify this by entering a PIN code when they call my land line. Problem is they never call me thus I cannot verify, thus I cannot add $. No real help on the website.

I am in the US and call other parts of the globe regularly.

How can I get this verification to work?
or
How can I contact Voipstutn personel?

Sorry but I guess you could try other voip providers. A business that insufficient info in their website nor call their customer is not a good business.

I recommend all of you DON'T USE Voipcheap.com or any other voip phoneprovider from BETAMAX GMBH ,they ripped of customers,i heard this allready 3 months ago from my friend,they ripped of him for 200euro,he has a reseller account same as i have one but it seems now it was my time,they ripped me of 150euro, i payed them by online banking en by western union,after 10 days no refill on my account,and for sure i filled in the referencenumber as i always did.I used their feedback website but i never feel so bad,they got 3 times my instructions/details about the 2 payments to Betamax GMBH,but they wont give me any good answer ,only "this will be diffecult"
I cannot understand BETAMAX company after more then 2 year im their membership,and now they dumped their voipresellers in the trash,moreover BETAMAX ripped of their MONEY!! BE WARNED!!! IM PREFER YOU ALL TPAD.COM AND THEY CHARGE BY SECONDS
