how many max user can access a router?
in 11n specify 256 users.
how about in 11ac?

30 to 35 actively connected users, 50 to 60 casual users.

The type of modulation has nothing to do with it. Without a polling mechanism such as TDMA, you're up against the hidden-node contention listed above.
