Default 2 Wireless routers on same network... HELP??

Hey guys ive been scouring the internet to find instructions on how to hook 2 routers on the same network but nothing kind of helps as my set up is different.

Router A- My main router is also my modem, its a new Belkin Router/Modem (SURF) <i think its called that

Router B- Is an old Belkin router (with 4 ports and 1 modem port)

Intention- To connect Router B to Desktop PC via ethernet cable and gain internet access through Router A using Router Bs WiFi.

Could someone please give me instructions on how to accomplish this, i have an ok understanding of computers. If model numbers are needed i can add them on here.

Main function of most router is to route traffic via ip leasing, but for wireless router they also act as access points- AP too.
some router can act as client bridges or repeaters but will most likely be running the dd-wrt softwares on them for them to have such features.
In ur own case, what u explained simply means that u want router B to act as a repeater.... wirelessly connect to A and give internet service to PC. Log into this router and check to see if it has repeater function and features, which i doubt but if it does then configure it to a repeater and connect it to the ssid name of router A and it will work for u but if it does not have such features and functions then am sorry ur intention cant be achieved.
visit Engenius Tech, Inc., look up the ecb3500 or erb9250 both devices can do what u want.

ecb3500 kit is much better and it is good to use. I am using SputnikNet starter kit with this and in a future subscription of One year.
