Question 3com Wireless connection

Hello everyone!

This is the scenario.
We have multiple 3Com AP 8250 (access point) on different floors. A user is connected on the AP 4th floor, when he go down to 3rd floor, he cannot connect anymore. But if he go to 4th floor again, he can connect. We usually have to start the AP on the floor that he cannot access, then after rebooting, it worked. Is there any other solution for this? We just cannot afford to restart the AP everytime a user cannot connect.

Please help! thx!

Have you managed to identify any pattern, e.g. specific users or types of wireless client that encounter this problem?
