ADSL-Access point-wireless clients

Hello,
I bought a TP-LINK wireless outdoor CPE (TL-WA5210G).I have an ADSL modem in my office. It has some LAN ports. I want to connect TL-WA5210G to the ADSL modem, then broadcast internet connection in our company. So other clients that have wireless NIC could connect the internet via TL-WA5210G.Can I do this configuration? Please guide me.
My ADSL modem IP 192.168.2.x but Access point 192.168.1.254
when clients connect to ADSL modem get IP using DHCP
Access point has DHCP server too

(internet)-------(ADSL Modem)-----(Access Point)..........(wireless clients)

Set your access point as a bridge and the use the DHCP server from the DSL modem. That would be good for less than a dozen clients.

For more, I'd set the DSL modem as a bridge, drop in a small Mikrotik router, then again use a bridged AP.
