Default Aironet 1200 Access point multiple SSID

Having Aironet 1200 version 12.3 (4) . i implment SSID named "Secure" with PEAP- MSCHAP authentication.

Now my Intermex scanners cannot connect to wireless..So i though i have to create another SSID on the same AP that support WEP..But seems like the access point allowing either WPE ot EAP even acroos multiple access points

Any help

The only way to get multiple SSIDs to be broadcast (or in Guest mode as it is called on the Aironet 1200) is to set up VLANs for each SSID.

We have a number of the 1100s and a 1200 that all run the same Cisco IOS version and we have set up something similar, with a guest network that runs on a VLAN which can only get to the DHCP, DNS, e-mail servers and to the Internet at a rather throttled speed. Our other network, InnoWAN, is WPA2 encrypted and can get to anywhere a wired computer can.

You can have multiple SSIDs without VLANing, but you can only broadcast one in that setup.
