Talking Breeze net sa ap wb pcr

I am a new guy here at our local isp and my job is to get these working and I haven't had any problems with the sa and the ap but I have a bunch of sa-pcr cards that I need to try and utilize.
I have been told that these card do not work in the pci port in the newer computers. So my question is. Is there a way to get these card up and running in a new laptop?

I doubt they can be used for anything.

Here is what claims to be a driver for them:

Download Drivers - Network Adapters - Other Companies - BreezeCOM SA-PCR PRO.11 - driver21630.zip
