Default Bridging a belkin F5D7230-4 to a linksys wrt160n

Okay guys here's the scenario. My daughter lives in the apartment building behind me and I would like to share my internet with her. I have a linksys wrt160n that I would like to hardwire to a belkin F5D7230-4 in her apartment as the wireless signal is just not strong enough. I have run 250 ft of cat 5 and to her apartment. I would like to hardwire her desktop to the belkin router and then have the belkin router broadcast a wireless signal so that she can use her laptop anywhere inside the apartment.

Currently the setup is not working for me, it detects the belkin as a separate network with no internet access. What am I doing wrong? According to belkins website, the F5D7230-4 will only bridge with another F5D7230-4 but I think that they are referring to a wireless bridge, not one using cat 5.

Any help is appreciated.
