Thanks all, I found. We need two things:

1. WiFi adapter which supports continuous preamble mode (for example Linksys WCF54G)
2. Special driver for this adapter which enables continuous preamble mode

Continuous preamble (on WiFi specification) causes all devices waiting for its finish.
Network doesn't work...
