Default Cant Detect Existing Network

Hi, Im having problems with my network, the network i am using is a secrured network, I know how to connect to the network but i accidentaly clicked the Repair Option of my wireless adapter in my laptop. now i am having troubles with detecting the Secured Network. Pleas Help Me I cant connect to the internet anymore

The other laptops that are using the same network can dectect it. Could anyone please help?
