Default CB3 Deluxe/VISTA

I have a strange situation for which I will appreciate some pointers. I presently have and for the past 4 years being runing a wireless hotspot at a small hotel perhaps 150 guest rooms. The settings are as illustrated. An Airpath WSG-100 serves as my gateway at the lobby and to that is connected a DSL line. On the 4 ports I have one computer offering free internet at the lobby and 3 CB3 Deluxe radios with omni antennas (2) and the other is sending a directional signal. Like I expressed this has ran for about 4 years but now I have one particular problem where a VISTA computer will not connect through any of the antennas but it will connect through the WSG-100. We were offered to run this fix but to no avail, Windows Vista cannot obtain an IP address from certain routers or from certain non-Microsoft DHCP servers, same situation persists.
Other VISTA wireless latops can connect with no problems. Authentication is handle by Vipernet.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
