Default Cheap billing/authentication software

I am looking for a very cheap box that can offer user-billing, user-authentication, routing, cache server, etc
I intend doing a small wireless-ISP netrwork for my neighbouhood to serve about 200 home users. Someone please recoommend an affordable box solution for me.

Also, if i connect a 3watt amp to split between 3 sector-antennas, what is the downside of this?

Help me please

the downside and upside is that you still havn't come to reality, your not bt or virgin or microsoft your just you and there is no hope, just let it go and let everything be, it is all dne for a reason and you are disturbing the residents!

Thanks a lot for your input. All i get is software, I was thinking i would get an off-the-shelve solution packaged in a form of hardware/gateway. I might settle with the softwares.
Forum is been wonderful

They don't sell packages like that because most service providers don't want a mass resell of their internet service. They're a bit more tolerant of you giving it away, like a small area hot spot.

Also, I doubt you'll be able to serve 200 homes from a single source. The high frequencies used in wifi aren't really good at long range and obstacle penetration.
