Default Cisco 1230 Multiple SSID/VLANS

I have a problem with the Cisco 1230 AP. I have set up multiple ssid+vlans. The clients can only connect when the vlan ist set to native - But I can only set one vlan as native. Note this is the only Cisco AP in the network

Thanks
Dave
