Combined cable and wireless: is it possible?

Ive got my desktop on an ADSL cable router. Im going to be buying a laptop for my wife, so will need a wireless network so she can roam around the house and we can share the connection.

Now: im perfectly happy with my ADSL cable type router and would pref not to have to go wireless esp as there are issues with line drops etc.

Are there any combined wireless/static type Routers out there where I can run a cable off for me and have wireless for her?
