Default connecting 2 pcs 1,75 km

Hello. I need some help. I am trying to connect 2 pcs that are at 1,7k km from each other. I bought 2 california amplifiers and 2 acces points planet. One antenna is higher than the other one, but still the signal is blocked by some buildings and trees.
So i have a question:
If i put a omni antenna in one part and move the angle of the california amplifier so that it can reach the omni signal, can i manage to get some signal?
Or if you have other solutions please tell me, boosters....anything that i can use to make this connection.
Thank you!
