Default Covering 600 to 1000 m in radius

I want to know some good wireless device which could Covering 600 to 1000 m in radius. I want to use this device as Hotspot. Adinally I also want to know how much user can connect to it. More how much bandwidth I should take to them 54 kbps to each user. And what is best height I should keep it so give best output.

Please help me somebody
