Default Dbi coverage

Hi guys,
This community has really helped me become a wireless guru by the day. Thanks to you all, especially the top dogs, that are always ready to respond to questions.
Here is a quick one: What distance can a 19dbi flat panel antena cover? Actually, how do i easily calculate coverage by its dbs?
