Getting wireless over lange distances

I have to go from A to B with my wireless. Only air (building to building)
more specific from my house to my barn (don't ask my why)

Anyone have some good links to good hardeware which DOES go about 300ft through the air

The wireless will go from A to B in clean air. so nothing in the way like power lines etc. but routers ive tested so far only get about 160ft. Thats just halfway. I need good signal.

Do i need special routers to even get this done. or does a strong antenna do the job ?

and of course i would be needing one on each side right ?

Any hint or sites that sell strong stuff would be a good held to start with

first of all u dint mention what kind of devices u have on both sides assuming that u have 2 laptops or 2 desktops with wifi. so if u happen to have a dsl router in site a and u want to share it with site b or u just want ot share files between site a & b all u have to do:
install an access poin with high gain antenna or go for an antenna integrated bridge/ap.
