Question Home Broadband Help

Where I live now, Is a two storage flat and our router is fixed in the first floor and my room on 2nd floor and quite far from the router. I have a extra router and in my room, I have an extra LandLine(BT) connection port(which already connected with the mother line). So could any one suggest me, Is it possible to connect another router in the same connection. And how to connect. I do not want to connect via RJ45 cable.
