Question In house better wireless signal.

Have got a laptop with built in wireless card, and a playstation 3 on the second floor of my house, at the moment got a cheap BT voyager 2110 wireless router downstairs and a bit of a way away. Need advice on getting a strong fast signal upstairs, help please!! What are my options, as no phone connection upstairs.

Could you move the router to a different spot in your house so the signal doesn't need to travel as far? You also might just want to consider buying a better router. I have a belkin router on the main floor of my house and we're able to get great signal strength on the second floor and in the basement. It was only $79.
