Linksys WAG200G router set up but laptop cannot detect wireless connection

Hi Guys,

I have a Linksys WAG200G wireless router.

Wireless network mode: mixed
wireless ssid boradcast: enabled

TKIP encryption
Security Mode: WPA - Personal

I have it turned on. All lights at front turned on.

I have a laptop about 1 metre away from router. Go to refresh available networks under wireless networking and it won't show up.

It used to go but now I can't get it connecting. What do I have to check/do to get this going?

Please help!

at least any links to some good guides for troubleshooting wireless networks?

Have you tried upgrading the firmware.

Also try reseting the device and setting it up again.
