Lightbulb Long Range WiFi Router Need

Is it possible to have a long range WiFi router transmit my internet connection to around 100 users in my campus?
If it is possible could I be suggested a make or model?

My goal: To provide a stable and high bandwidth internet connection to my college campus using WiFi. I'm able to hire bandwith from local provider at reasonable cost. I just want to be able to broadcast this hi bandwith to not only my home but within my campus area of approx 1sqKm.

Pls provide me with the right direction to achieve this idea.

Default Amped Wireless 8dBi

Im planing to use : Amped Wireless High Power 8dBi Outdoor Omni-Directional WiFi Antenna Kit ( cant place the link as im a noob here)

I have measured distance using google maps and found its 0.4 miles to the extreme from my anticipated location of this antenna.

Will I get coverage indoors within that range or will it be outdoors. The terrain is hilly, i will be placing this at the highest point and there is LOS till the extreme end. There are hostel blocks and academic blocks in between. Should i be looking for boosters indoors or will this product suffice.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thank you in advance

Figure on 30 to 35 APs per square mile. I'll let you do the math to convert to the area of coverage you need.
