Default Longish Range (Caravan)

Okay basically i have looked around the forums cant quite find the solution or if the solutions on the forum will work for me. So i apologise now.

I'm staying in a caravan for quite a long period in Cornwall, UK and want the internet (Read below also just so you know i'm not 'stealing it'.

Okay the above image shows the following.
Red Line = line from 1 to 2
Purple Line = there is a drop (caravan is uphill a bit from the access point and a few trees in between)
1. My Caravan
2. Access Point
(Unsure of exact distance from between 1 & 2)

So yeah, in the main season (which has finished now) we are able to go into reception and sit and use the wireless free (for caravan owners). Now the main season is over reception is closed however the owner told me i can sit in my car on the receptionist car park if i wish and use it. So just thought i'd say this before anyone moans about me 'stealing' the connection

Basically i don't want to keep sitting in the car and would like to use it in my caravan, i have a router (WRT54GSUK with DD-WRT firmare on it) and i have been told by a friend that i can get an antenna to put on my caravan and plug it into my router.

If so what type of antenna do i need and what else? And what distance will it go? How cheaply can i get it? and finally i don't want to make my own :P

And also I know someone in the housing estate at the back of the caravan park and they also said if i could "reach" it they would give me the access key and let me use it. I'd say it's 1KM or less to their house but there is other houses in the way?

I have also seen this on ebay however it's a bit pricey but if i cant find anything else i'll just have to buy it and hope for the best: SU2410-USB Marine & Caravan WiFi Long Range booster on eBay, also Accessories Parts Components, Wireless Networking, Networking, Computing (end time 13-Dec-08 20:35:21 GMT)

So yeah any help appreciated!

Regards

Dan.
