I have a desktop in my bedroom that gets the most use out of my home network. I currently have the modem connected to the wireless router in my bedroom, one of the LAN ports goes right to the desktop. Everything is fine there.
In the living room which is through several walls I have an Xbox, Tivo, Blu-ray player, and Wii which all need some sort of internet access (but it's mainly for the Xbox). What would be the best way to connect these two rooms?
I was thinking about getting a Powerline adapter and setting up another router in the living room. So for the Xbox for example it would go...
Modem --> Wired router --> Powerline --> Wireless router but via cat 5 to --> Xbox
Also I live in a condo (which may be relevant), and I have 2 wireless routers (1 new, 1 old, and 1 old wired router).
