Unhappy No Siganl in opposite building, How? Can you help me

My name is Gireesha.KS, working as IT System Administrator in Sharjah, UAE.
Just 4 days back I was come up with 1 Wireless-N broadband router (WRT300N from Linksys) & 12 Wireless-N PCI Adapter (WMP300N from Linksys).

I have got 2 office locations in Sharjah and distance between those offices is about 300feet (opposite buildings).

I was installed Router and PCI card in the entire computer in both the buildings.
I am getting good signals in all the machines in first office, where I kept the router. But there is no signals in second office (opposite buildings), where I have only 3 computers.

My Server is running Windows 2003 OS, Client machines are running Windows 2000 Professional and XP Professional

Server is kept in First building (Where WRT300N router kept), from the opposite building we need to access Server and other machines.

My company is into Electronic Cable tray and ladder manufacturing and we are using metals in the factory for manufacturing trays and ladder. I have doubt that due to this, I am not getting signal now.

So, please give me the possible solution to get signals in opposite buildings (like implementing Range expanders, bridges, another router, repeaters, Amplifies and antenna etc).
And inform the suitable devices, which I need to purchase (compatible with WRT300N).

Hoping you will give me 100% solution as soon.

Thanks & regrds

Hi

Why don't you try a point to point approach? I am also trying to achieve your same arrangement.

You could mount access points on both the terraces of buildings. You could have it working in no time.

You can refer to discussions I had with NZLamb...

You should check the images.. these may be the same arrangement that you desire...
