Default Point To Point Antenna PTP

Dear All, My Question is That, i know how to configure Root Bridge/Repeater & Remote Bridge & Multipal Remote Bridge. now my Question is that. i am using Cisco Antenna 1300 Series so this antenna can i connect any indoor Access point. or not if yes then please send me little bit more information if not then what should i do. i mean tell me from 1st setp to last setp thanks
