Question about GSM/UMTS

Hey guys I have a question about GSM and UMTS.
I just got a smartphone it looks like to be quad-band? not sure...

It has GSM850/GSM900/DCS1800/PCS1900MHZ and WCDMA/UMTS 2100MHZ

I was wondering... will this work on the At&t 3G network?(att Prepaid or Straight Talk) Or will I only be able to get 2G with this phone? I am currenlty on Simple Mobile and you have to have 1700 to have 3G, currenlty i'm only on EDGE.
