Default Question on Adhoc Mode operation

Can we have two adhoc peers with the same cell id , channel and different essid ????..
Suppose i have three adhoc-peers where two were connected to each other let us say to essid "HARI",on channel 2412 with cell id as 11:21:31:41:51:61 . Now is it possible to bring up other Adhoc-Peer with channel 2412, cell id -11:21:31:41:51:61, and essid as "DELL" ???

Thanks in Advance !!!!
