Roomate Hogging all of the Bandwidth

hey,
my roomate runs 10 billion torrents at one time, , yes i know, crazy isn't it... i was wondering if there was any way to limit his bandwidth. i tried some stuff but they don't work, so i need some suggestions, lots of them
the most important thing i want is that he doesn't lag the online games i play:
the router i have is a Linksys

You could download this free hotspot software Create your own wireless hotspot in 10 minutes – 2hotspot.com you can then run it on your PC/Laptop and control his access. You can create a free account for him to login but you can limit his download speed and size limit.
