Hi, can anyone tell me if it is possible to create a wireless network via satelite and if voip could be implemented successfully over that network?
Are the sat link delays too big to permit a decent voip conversation?
I would appreciate if someone who has seen/done this would enlighten me.

I have heard from a friend, who used this in remote areas.
Yes, the delay with satellite links is high, but they managed to come over this problem and getting a decent VoIP quality by deploying QUINTUM VoIP gateways.
