Default Secure WiFi for members

Hello, I wish to setup a free wifi facility for members of my club. I will have a BT WiFi Business hub for our admin use and think I could hardwire connect a wireless router to the hub with static ip address to which members could connect to for internet access without accessing the network connected to the BT Hub. Is this possible and if so could somebody help by explaining what I need to do. I have a USR Wireless Router/Hub that I don't use which I could use to experiment with.
Many thanks enquirer

Specifically what is a "BT WiFi Business hub"?

A Bluetooth wireless router?

I'd bridge your internet source to two wireless routers, that will keep the subnets isolated.
