Default Senao WLAN utility vs Windows Wireless

I am having a problem with my signal dropping to zero then re-aquiring network address every 5 or so minutes.

Now i am currently using the USB 362 Senao adapter and if i were to show the signal strength using the Senao utility it says its 30db strong and shows ALL green (Excellent) strength.

If i were to view the signal using the windows utility it only shows TWO bars which is very minimal.

Which one is best to use and what could be the cause for the random disconnections?

Please note i am connecting the USB adapter to a pigtail then to a 15ft LMR400 cable then finally it goes to the 24dbi grid antenna.

Thanks

There could be 2 reasons for your problems:
1. Problem with your wireless adapter.
2. Problem with interference
Maybe there is a source of wireless signal that interfere with your wireless networks and causes such dropping of signal.
