Set up Wireless for company

Hi everyone,
Im Glad to be between you all!

Im with a basic knowledge in the Wireless field.
the Hospital where im doing my volunteer ( im a fresh graduate) work are willing to set up a wireless LAN.
The thing is that there is no Expert in the field so far and with my Very Basic knowledge, i cant set up a whole Wireless LAN.

I went throw the CCNA Wireless Book but there is no step by step implementation. So i need Help please.
From where should i start, what are the Devices to purchase......?

Buy some radio gear, do site surveys, plot signal levels, and consider power supply facilities. In a few months, you'll be ready to start considering what equipment to buy.

Or hire a consultant. They do these things for a living and have the skills and equipment do get it done in a day or two.
