Question Splitter Signal 1 to 2 question

I have one splitter signal (1 to 2), would it be possible to pick up the WiFi signal from neighberhood to our Antenna then connect the Splitter signal (1 to2 )to connect the other 2 antennas, one antenna would put in the house, the other one would put in garden, is it right way to do that? If yes, should I need what else equipment for this set up. Thanks
