Default Using both Wifi & Cable Lan in Windows
Dear sir

I am using lan cable in my house.
And i am also able to connect my friend's (neighbour) wifi.
Is it possible I am use both of the connection at the same time so that my surfing speed will double?

You can set up more than one gateway in the advanced TCP/IP network settings, but it won't double your speed.
