Default using DSL wireless router with cable modem

Hi,
I'm new here and have very little knowledge about wireless systems. I am about to transfer my ISP from ATT to Wowway. I was wondering if it is possible to continue using the 2wire wireless router that was supplied with ATT (DSL) or will I have to obtain a router designed for cable.

If anyone could help me with this issue I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanx.
Dave D.

No, you cannot do what you were hoping. The cable provider will most likely supply a cable modem for you.
