Wake-on-LAN through router. What do I need to do this?

Hi,

I have:
-1 dynamic IP address, 3 laptops.

I need:
-internet connections to possibly all 3 of them at the same time.
-to be able to wake-on-lan at least one of the laptops (it supports it).
-to be able to use TeamViewer (or similar product) from the outside on that laptop.

Questions:
-Is this possible?
-What kind of router do i need?
-What kind of settings do i have to set?
