Default Wi-Fi Setup
I want to setup Wi-Fi between 4 houses as shown in pic.
The distance is in meters. Every roof top has line of sight. Every house is two storey. 2 computers are on ground floor and 2 are on 1st floor.
I need some help that will it work if every one installs only Wi-Fi PCI cards in their pc or Acess Point will be needed?
Will External Antenas be needed?
and what will be aproximately Data transfer speed.?
I want to confirm it first that it will work before investing money in it.

It will work if you setup and work everything fine. in my opinion you have some long distances there you should make use of repeaters and outdoor antennas in order to reach everybody.

can you tell me about hardware.? which access point and which Wireless PCI cards? will be good?
