Lightbulb Wi-Fi Setup as an ISP

Hello there,
I am still studying about all this and i am thinking and search for setting up a wi-fi connection in my locality for lets say 3 houses near each other.

Now i would like to know how am i able to provide each "customer" a login/pass to connect to my wi-fi connection with Bandwidth limit and tracking stats

I am able to connect and to provide wi-fi connection access points and hot spots with the hardware needed and antennas.

You need a product that does that. For only 3 users, I would check out echotech wireless or any inexpensive router/hot-spot device. Next up from that is something like FirstSpot or Nomadix. For 3 users though, it's not worth it. However, you better check with your service provider and make sure they allow you to do that. My guess is no unless you are paying for commercial circuits.
