Default wifi to eathernet to wifi?

ok dumn question(reely dum ?)
i am on a wireless net ,this is a comunity net(as i live in a trailer park an ther is no landline service hear) the office has a brodband wifi sys that they brodcast to the park.
problem 1)in the sommertime i have bad reception this is due to the meny tin boxes betwen me and the office
i need a direcual antania pointed at the office.
pro2)we have laptots these do not get a strong sing,at anytime.
i bouhgt a router (netgear) it has its own ant.
so hears my mager pro.
how do i get the roughter to talk to the network

the router has no eathernet connected to it i have wifi comming in but cant get it to go out though the router
the router is brodcasting fine an i can talk to the router though the eathernet card in my laptop but cant seem to get the wifi to talk to the router
the router well not pick up the office eather but i can talk from one laptop to the other with the router what can i do??
