hey, I have a wireless 802.11n d-link adapter and an 802.11n d-link router on another computer. The problem occured recently when the adapter started to cut out the internet, disconnect from the router, and then connect again, as if everything was fine. This happens once every 5 minutes or so, and I know this is a problem witht he adapter because since this problem started, my videos have been lagging, as well as the fact that all the other wirelessly connected computers that have different adapters have been fine. Please help!
Are the other adapters that are working fine wireless N adapters?
I don't use N yet because of the problem your having. I had a router and two adapters that were N, they all had that same problem your having, and they all three died in a month.
Basically, you should wait until N is ratified, meaning that all the specifications are official and all the bugs have been worked out.
One thing you may try is updating the firmware on the router and the drivers on the wireless card.
