Wireless and Microwave ovens dont mix?

I have encountered some issues on my laptop regarding my wireless connection. I have found out that when I activate the Microwave oven the internet connection brakes. I don't know why or if that is normal but I don't like it any bit. Can someone explain to me why Is this possible and how can I avoid this from happening?

Usually portable phones break wireless, but microwaves have been known to do it as well. You could try changing the channel that your wireless AP uses to see if there's a frequency that works with the microwave, or get a new microwave

change its channel thats work for me
