Wireless to ONE internet address ONLY

Hello how can I enable wifi router to allow wireless to an internet address ONLY.
Or is it that this is doable with openwrt or DDWRT? I see that you can block addresses,
but allow only one? It's for an exhibition in public place.
Thank you for your answers. I want to do without a server attached
