You want fried ice cream at room temperature with no dripping.

Wifi 101 day one first hour knowledge: It's a two way radio

USB adapters have ridiculous little antennas. they have weak transmitters. they are meant to associate with an AP in the same room. All WiFi gear use the same very few RF IC chips with very similar RF characteristics, and none of them can hear a weeny little USB adapter from a block away.

You want to be a WISP but you haven't read WiFi for Dummies. First, learn how WiFi works, build a simple system, then build a giant system.
